As many of you know, our founder, Robert W. Nappen passed away in March 2023 and Allan I. Nappen, our COO, passed this January 2024 after a short illness. Even with these tremendous losses, Nappen & Associates remains committed to continuing operations in the same manner to which you have become accustomed. We were built on a strong foundation over the past 55 years, under the leadership of Robert and Allan Nappen working closely with many of the staff who will continue the business moving forward. Robert’s daughter, Dara Nappen King along with Allan’s adult children, Wesley and Brandon Nappen remain committed to growing Nappen & Associates with the same fervor as their father and grandfather. We can assure you that we are strong, and business will continue to run consistently and under the same principles of our founders with a couple important shifts of responsibility.
