In 2002, when the No-Tox® Products Division of Colorcon was searching for a site to lease, we were fortunate to locate a new 22,000 square foot building owned by Nappen & Associates. This is a brief letter to explain ESI’s decision to occupy properties owned by Nappen & Associates for our business. ESI needed to find additional space for growth and began a search for our new headquarters. We came upon a Nappen building and immediately saw that this was the corporate image we were looking for. The buildings on campus were well maintained and the grounds just the same.
