With profound sadness, we share the news of the passing of our founder, Robert W. Nappen.  Mr. Nappen started Nappen & Associates back in 1969 and since that time has grown the company to approximately four million square feet of industrial properties located in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, Pennsylvania. He was a hands on person and his presence will continue to be felt at every property we own.  Even on his last days, Mr. Nappen thought not of himself, but of the many people who made Nappen & Associates into what it is today and while he did not get the opportunity, he wanted to thank everyone who worked with him over the past fifty plus years.

We will continue to operate Nappen & Associates on his principles of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and love of community.  In his name we will continue to grow on the legacy he created, and we are looking forward to working with everyone to continue his dream.
