Dara Nappen King is the Chief Executive Officer of Nappen & Associates. Having grown up in the family business, Dara has been around all aspects of the company through the years. In Dara’s current role, she works with Wesley and Lisa as they oversee all aspects of Nappen & Associates, such as construction, land acquisitions, leasing, and building relationships with tenants, brokers, and contractors.
Dara is a 1995 graduate from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Marketing degree and holds an Associate’s degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Photography. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Dara also studied and secured her 107 Part-B Drone pilot license which allows her to operate a drone and take aerial pictures and video. Dara is continually honing her skills to keep her various credentials. She has a broad background in marketing, photography and real estate operations.
Charity is very important to Dara; she has been directly involved with multiple organizations, capturing their event photography. Much of this work is donated to help the causes further their objectives. Dara has three children, two dogs and a very busy lifestyle. She enjoys being with family and friends. Dara also has a great love of nature, traveling and kayaking. Dara is working on her golf game and enjoys being a member of Huntingdon Valley Country Club with her partner.
