215-643-4848Denise Wenhold joined Nappen & Associates after being the legal assistant of their General Counsel for 30 years and working closely with the Nappens in all aspects, including leasing, purchasing, sales, financing, development, and other matters. Denise now assistants the In-House Vice President and General Counsel with legal, leasing, and real estate matters; oversees tenant lease compliance and other administrative duties. Denise earned an Associate’s Degree from Bucks County Community College and a Specialized Associate’s Degree from The National Institute for Paralegal Arts and Sciences. She is married and resides in Franconia Township. Denise enjoys spending her time away from the office in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York with her husband, enjoying all aspects of the outdoors, and especially loves Winter, as snowmobiling is her biggest passion.
