215-643-4848Shaun Reed joined Nappen & Associates in 2024 in the Construction and Building Services team which oversees the construction of all buildings, tenant alterations & improvements and overall property management maintenance. As our newest addition to the Nappen team, Shaun brings energy and enthusiasm to his role as he learns from and assists Steve Ketterer and Chad Zerbe in all aspects of construction and building maintenance.
