I’ve known the Nappen’s for as long as I’ve been in business, that’s 40 years.  I’ve always found them to be above board and folks I can count on for good sense and integrity. We’ve done business and been on local Boards together over all that time but it’s only been the past 3 years that Nappen and Associates have been our landlord.  The short story on that is simply that they are a great landlord. My staff loves them!  The experience has been quite painless and they remain always engaged providing excellent service. They are professional, do what they say they are going to do and are proactive anticipating our needs. As a brokerage firm they have been excellent and I’d have to say generous with their time and expertise.  All in all it’s been an excellent business and personal relationship.

In 2002, when the No-Tox® Products Division of Colorcon was searching for a site to lease, we were fortunate to locate a new 22,000 square foot building owned by Nappen & Associates. The New Britain Business Park in Chalfont, PA was perfect and so was our decision to begin the relationship with the Nappen group. I clearly remember the early months of our lease, when we were preparing the building for a manufacturing environment.
