This is a brief letter to explain ESI’s decision to occupy properties owned by Nappen & Associates for our business. ESI needed to find additional space for growth and began a search for our new headquarters. We came upon a Nappen building and immediately saw that this was the corporate image we were looking for. The buildings on campus were well maintained and the grounds just the same.

Requests for minor improvements prior to moving in were handled without hesitation which made it essential to perform regular business operations.

After settling into our new home, ESI found the staff at Nappen a great pleasure to work with. Any issues were dealt with immediately and we felt like we became part of their family. One year into our business relationship with Nappen and it feels like we have known them for years.

ESI has no regrets in making a decision to partner a lease with the Nappen organization.

When we started our search for new warehouse space we had several options from which to choose. A big factor for us was the landlord and that ultimately was crucial in making our decision. From our very first meeting with Nappen the enthusiasm and the positive attitude that they displayed made us want to make a deal, and we haven’t been sorry.

Nappen & Associates were beyond cooperative in getting our space prepared and the cooperation since has been very refreshing. I also am very impressed with the communication that takes place; we really feel that we are part of a family and that the landlord really cares about the tenants. Nappen & Associates are very professional, but it is a down to earth professionalism, very easy to talk to and deal with.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for warehouse space that wants a positive relationship with their landlord to consider Nappen.

I stopped by this morning to see your new tenant, Lumenoptix, and thought that I would share with you the reception.

The very first comment to me, before hello, from one of the principals, was that they couldn’t be more pleased with the building, Nappen & Associates overall and Lisa, in particular. The space enables them to work efficiently and effectively to grow their business in the proper work environment.
